KCP – the second opinion for you

KCP stands for neutrality. We are strictly vendor-neutral. We don’t do any implementation because we are convinced that there is an irresolvable conflict between implementing some few products from selected vendors and providing neutral, strategic consulting services.

KCP stands as well for knowledge. We are well informed about the products in the research areas we cover, based on vendor briefings, hands-on experience, discussions with users, and so on. But KCP stands especially as well for the knowledge of the larger context in which products are applied, ensuring that short-term requirements are covered as well as solutions are consistent to a longer-term IT and Corporate strategy.

To ensure this consistency we provide packaged services for our “2nd opinion”, providing and efficient, focused review of your concepts and boosting the level of confidence in these concepts. That might include the necessity to improve concepts based on our feedback – but it decreases the risk of misdirected investments.

We provide our 2nd opinion as packaged service for reviews of roadmaps, entire IAM and BSM strategies, product decisions, and specific topics like Identity Processes, Business Role Concepts, SOA Security Concepts, and Application Security Infrastructures.

Beyond this, it is worth to consider our annual contracts as an add-on because they provide access to our analysts on an ongoing basis and thus the option for a continuous feedback on your daily work.
