Road to Successful Implementations

KCP has compiled its experience and the results of its research in Identity Management into a roadmap which acts as a guideline for every company investing into Identity Management. The roadmap describes the evolutionary evolvement of Identity Management from administrative solutions up to real business support. It addresses the requirements for handling the digital identities of employees as well as business partners and customers. And it provides guidelines for the step from an administrative Identity Management to a consequent service orientation and, on the longer term, a business-oriented IAM approach which is consistent with the concept of Enterprise Information Management.

In contrast to some of the existing architecture models for Identity Management the KCP Identity Roadmap isn’t restricted to a snap-shot but describes the entire evolutionary process we observe in the Identity Management space. It is updated regularly, but the major concept remains untouched and proves its validity with each update.

The KCP roadmap is available to our customers with an Annual Contract as well as a separately available report. We recommend our strategic consulting package, a part of the “Six Steps to Success”, to adopt the roadmap to your specific requirements.
