Ramesh Narayanan

Ramesh serves as the CTO at MOSIP (mosip.io) an open source non-profit program where he is instrumental in creating products for foundational identity (Mosip Identity), Digital Identity (eSignet) and Credentials (Inji wallet). He oversees the roadmap and development of solutions that have been deployed at population scale in multiple countries and address the needs of more than 300 million people. He also serves as the chair for the biometric security working group at IEEE and is the author of standards drafts at IEEE and OIDF.

An entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in building products, he has founded social impact businesses in rural banking and employability. His current focus is building trust infrastructure and digital public goods for government stacks to aid digital transformation journeys.
