Wim Mintiens

Wim has over 30 years of experience in providing trust services (PKI) and electronic signature services. He started his career as a project manager for government and defence projects at a Belgian service provider, where he gained extensive knowledge on PKI implementations. Later, he served as the PKI architect for the Belgian eID PKI and Passport, where he maintained and provided a governance framework for policies and procedures. In the years that followed, Wim was responsible for managing a major trust service provider in Belgium as a Country Manager. He is now a founding partner of Trust Agency oa (https://www.trust-agency.eu/), an identity and trust services consultancy company that specializes in setting up identity and trust services according to the eIDAS regulation.
