KC Roadmap: A Benchmark and Guide

The KC Roadmap is regularly updated and touches on Best Practices, and thus structures your strategy for the future. It is your benchmark, showing you where your business is in comparison to others; it serves as a guide alongside defined maturity levels and stages of development towards a minimum-cost, open and agile business infrastructure. The KC Roadmap offers Thought Leadership - without loosing its touch with reality or practical effect, however.

Once a year, KC holds a Roadmap Webinar for all customers, presenting updates and amendments.

Consolidated Knowledge and Support with Decisions: KC Strategy Advice

Forward planning to maintain commercial agility is an increasingly complex undertaking. For strategic topics that are relevant to you, Kuppinger Cole provides you with a well-founded, independent basis for decision-making, which is balanced and considers your starting situation; this is with a combination of written evaluations and a one-day strategy workshop.
In order to determine your starting situation and to investigate the priorities relevant for your company, KC uses a tool that is pre-configured with branch-specific comparative values from Best Practices. This means that up to 90% of the otherwise normal efforts and expenditure are avoided.

The Next Step with Your Roadmap: KC Readiness Analysis

KC Readiness Analysis measures the maturity of your organisation with reference to getting started with - or expanding - IT topics. It provides you with a toolkit of check lists and structured self-assessments and, using a Best Practices evaluation grid, shows you

  • where your organisation stands in comparison with other businesses
  • which steps to take and in which order

Thanks to the self-assessment and evaluation grid, significant effort and expenditure can be reduced here, too.

Finding the Right Partner: KC Fairness Opinion

How does your implementation partner, chosen from a narrow selection, fit with your strategy? Is a concept developed for you externally valid? Which friction losses are to be expected? KC Fairness Opinion brings neutrality, profound analyst knowledge, many years of experience and, in particular, also a complete picture of the solutions market for your decision-making process, giving you certainty and protection you from unnecessary costs.

KC Fairness Opinion is an optional service, which we perform efficiently by quick reviews and effectively by structured suggestions. Ideally, Fairness Opinion builds on the Readiness Analysis.
